Salone 2018 Restaurant Guide

Salone 2018 Restaurant Guide

It never stops.  The excitement every year before Salone del Mobile.

I keep thinking I’ll get used to it – but thankfully, never do.

Salone del Mobile – where you see people you never get to see; things that excite you; things that don’t…but it never gets tiring.  Always stimulating.

Oh, the Restaurant Guide?  Er…yes, updated and now BY NEIGHBORHOOD.

Sooooo – hang on and read through.  Thanks!

Of course, we would love to hear from you on anything Salone…and also any comments re: our clients, restaurants, design, etc. If you’re interested in VIP invitations or appointments, please email me.

Disclaimer: There’s STILL one place I will NOT list as it is so small and so special & I want to keep it that way – Sorry! (Michael Anastassiades loves it too!) I’m more of a trattoria person so if any of the “chic” places are not on the list – apologies.

About this list:   This list was compiled and updated by us – from so many native Italians and those in design who do TONS of business in Italy.  We’ve tried some; not all. But the recommendations come from great people who are discerning and foodies. If you have a favorite not on the list, let us know.  If you try one of these and find them not up to the recommendation, let us know. There’s also an Open Table-like app: for reservations. In any case - mangia!

A note on neighborhoods: as with all great Italian things, neighborhoods are...well, relative. Consider these categories enough to get you within striking distance!
